Metabolic health clinics in and around Tracy, ranked
Scope
Metabolic health covers a lot of ground: weight, blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol. No public listing tells us which clinics handle which of those. Fifteen clinics are ranked below, fourteen in Tracy and one in Lodi, on one thing we could count from their web pages, then add what Google shows. For background, a federal health institute has a page on metabolic syndrome that is a reasonable thing to read before a first visit.
What the metabolic ordering rests on
The methodology behind the order is a tally of hormone metabolic therapies listed, which is the number of hormone and metabolic therapies a clinic names on its own public web page, highest first. Nearly all of the counted therapies sit with Sanara Medicine, whose hormone optimization page shows 9. The Chinese Medicine Health Clinic names 1. The other thirteen clinics had none that we could count, and they follow in alphabetical order.

The count reflects what a clinic advertises. It is not a measure of outcomes, so use it to decide whom to call, not whom to trust.

Each clinic's profile and questions to ask
Sanara Medicine. Google lists a medical clinic, weight loss service and wellness center, among other categories. Google shows no rating or review count for it, so the therapy count is the only signal we have. Ask which metabolic services are offered, who oversees them, and what testing comes first.
The Chinese Medicine Health Clinic. Google lists a weight loss service alongside acupuncture and holistic medicine, and it has an average of 4.5 from 52 reviews. That makes it the other clinic here with both a counted therapy and a weight loss category. Ask what its program includes and how progress is tracked.
Aura IV & Wellness. Google lists an IV therapy service, with a 5 average over 16 reviews. We counted no hormone or metabolic therapies on its page. Ask what an IV visit is meant to treat before you book one.
Belief Homeopathy Tracy. Google lists a homeopath, with 13 reviews averaging 5. Ask whether it expects you to keep seeing a physician for any metabolic condition.
Dr.Lanie Quan - Equilibrate Acupuncture. Google lists an acupuncture clinic, pain control clinic and wellness center, with a 4.9 rating across 324 reviews. Ask what it can offer for weight or blood sugar goals, if anything.
Essential Wellness Loft. Listed as an alternative medicine practitioner and wellness center, with an average of 5 from 12 reviews. Few reviews mean a thin record, so rely on the call.
Expert Homeopathy at Tracy. A homeopath on Google, with a 5 average over 21 reviews. Ask how the practice handles a patient who has a diagnosed metabolic condition.
Goji Acupuncture & Herbs - Cindy Tsui, L.Ac. Google lists an acupuncturist, Chinese medicine clinic and medical clinic, with 16 reviews averaging 5. If herbs are part of a plan, ask what they contain and tell your doctor about them.
I-Hsuan Shen, D.O. A family practice physician on Google, with a 5 rating across 169 reviews. For blood pressure, blood sugar or weight questions, a family physician is a common first call, and this office has one of the larger review counts here.
Jasdeep Dhami, M.D. Another family practice physician, with a 4.8 average over 133 reviews. Ask what labs a new patient would get at a first visit.
mariayogiwellness. Google lists an alternative medicine practitioner and shows no rating or review count. We counted no therapies on its web page, so ask what it offers.
Optmz State Spine, Movement, & Wellness Center. A chiropractor on Google, with an average of 5 from 104 reviews. Ask whether it addresses metabolic concerns or sticks to movement and spine care.
Savneet Kaur, M.D. A family practice physician with 162 reviews averaging 4.8. Ask how long a new patient waits and whether follow-up visits are included.
Spiritus ~ Sacred Somatic Wellness~Bodywork by Tricia - Massage/Craniosacral. Google lists a wellness center, with a 5 rating across 15 reviews. It looks like a bodywork practice, so ask whether it treats metabolic conditions.
Total Wellness Chiropractic Office. A chiropractor on Google, with a 5 average over 381 reviews, the largest review count on this list. Ask what it can do for metabolic health, if anything. For any doctor you are weighing, the state medical board's consumer pages are a handy place to start checking.

Choosing between a program and a first physician visit
Only two clinics had therapies we could count, and between them Sanara Medicine carries nearly the whole tally. If you want a clinic with a stated program, start with those two and compare what they say. If you want a physician to run basic labs first, the family practice doctors lower on the list are worth a call to ask whether they do. The tradeoff is that our count rewards clinics that publish long service lists, which does not mean better care.
Next step: call two or three, and ask what they test, what they treat, who sees you, and what it costs. We built this ranking from clinic web pages and Google listings, so it can tell you whom to call, while only a doctor can say what your own results mean.
